Ever wonder what it feels like to save a life? Be a blood donor…

According to the Community Blood Center, “at least 335 pints of whole blood must be collected daily from volunteer donors to sufficiently meet patient transfusion needs.”  That’s a lot of blood!

You can help those who need it in our area by donating blood at Wednesday’s bloodmobile here on the MUH campus.  Sign-up sheets are available at Rentschler Library and in the Office of Student Affairs (130 Rentschler Hall), so can count on getting in during the 10am to 1pm timeframe that the bloodmobile is here.

You can learn more about donating blood at the Community Blood Center’s website–you can also schedule individual appointments online if you are not able to make it to campus on Wednesday.
